Overview
The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All Team Members must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move Team Members from their accustomed shift as business demands change. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
Responsibilities
Conducting regular inspections of the parking facilities to identify maintenance issues such as lighting outages, signage damage, or cleanliness concerns.
Performing routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, trash removal, and power washing to keep the parking area clean and safe for customers.
Monitoring the parking facilities through on-site patrols to ensure security and identify any suspicious activities.
Assisting customers with parking-related inquiries, providing directions, and offering assistance when needed.
Reporting any maintenance issues or security concerns to upper management.
Ensuring compliance with parking regulations and enforcing parking policies to maintain order in the facility.
Collaborating with management to implement improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and security protocols.
Providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience for parking facility users.
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
Experience performing routine maintenance.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Eye for detail.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in facilities maintenance, security, or customer service may be beneficial for this role.
