A leading ABA company is seeking a Case Coordinator to oversee and manage client cases, ensuring the effective implementation of ABA therapy plans. This role involves coordinating with behavior analysts, tracking client progress, scheduling sessions, and maintaining regular communication with families to provide updates and support.

Responsibilities Include: Coordinate with behavior analysts to implement ABA therapy plans effectively. Track and monitor client progress, adjusting plans as necessary. Schedule therapy sessions and manage client appointments. Communicate regularly with families, providing updates and addressing concerns. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Ideal Qualifications: Experience in ABA therapy or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on client care and progress tracking. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
