Overview:
We are seeking for a detail-oriented and bilingual professional, specializing in the management and processing of Social Security Disability claims. The ideal candidate excels in data entry, handling large volumes of complex information with precision, and is knowledgeable about the key stages of the SSDI claims process, from initial applications to reconsideration and ALJ hearings.
Responsibilities:
Preparing comprehensive case summaries, coordinating with legal representatives, organizing and presenting evidence, and ensuring thorough preparation for hearings.
Manage and coordinate all aspects of claims, including intake, documentation collection, case preparation, and ongoing communication.
Gather essential information and assess the viability of claims through thorough interviews.
Efficiently enter and manage large datasets in data management systems and web interfaces, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Ensure consistent communication, providing updates, answering inquiries, and offering support throughout the claims process.
Monitor the status of ongoing cases, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses to requests.
Stay current with evolving technologies and processes within the field.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or high school diploma with equivalent professional experience.
Full fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Experience in data entry, especially within a complex, high-volume environment.
Proficiency in software tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Ring Central.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple cases simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
