**Responsibilities**
* Assist in a very busy GM service department office
* Submit, monitor, and track warranty transactions with manufacturers
* Verify repair orders are complete and accurate meeting factory requirements
* Attention to details
* Scan and file repair orders and invoices
* Help with phone and customer questions directing customers to proper advisor
* Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
* Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
* Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
* Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
* Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Basic computer skills, willing to learn and advance in the position
