Job Summary:
BonVoyage Casino is looking for a Surveillance Agent that will be responsible for the monitoring and recording of all casino activity including but not limited to; Table Games, Slot Machines, Cage, Player Services, Count Room, Entrances/Exits, Man Traps, Casino Bar and Kitchenette.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Monitor table games and slot activities, monitor cage transactions, armored car pick-ups, and all areas involving chip and TITO sales or redemptions. Ensure adherence to Slot Count and Soft Count procedures, while also supervising non-gaming areas across the casino, including entrances and exits.
Report all irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor.
Report all activities and complete logs and reports as required.
Monitor alarms and related areas, reporting and logging same.
Maintain appropriate daily logs.
Verifies Jackpots as required in Slot Machines(review and complete reports).
Verifies Jackpots as required in Table Games (review and complete reports).
Assists in the training of agents/observers/officers as required.
Comply with the Bank Secrecy Act, Title 31, Privacy of Information Act, Gramm- Leach-Bliley Act, USAPATRIOT Act, OFAC,FCRA , FTC requirements and must comply with PRTC Regulations. The casino Anti-Money Laundering Policy and Procedures
Qualifications:
Hospitality oriented
Previous experience in security in a casino or similar environment is a must.
Able to handle difficult situations effectively.
Strong knowledge of casino operations, including cash handling procedures and gaming regulations.
Ability to prioritize and organize a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
