A typical day may include responding to emergency calls and situations; documenting and reporting care provided; and transporting residents to various functions or locations. Familiarity and willingness to work with elderly population is essential for this role.Provide assistance (or reminders) with activities of daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair, and maintaining resident apartmentsTransport residents within the community to other departments and/or functions.Document and report care provided and resident observationsObtain vital signs, heights, and weights.QualificationsTo be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.If you are under the age of 18, then you must provide proper schoolwork authorization.Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.Must have completed all state educational requirements.Must maintain first aid certification and Heimlich Maneuver training, may be facilitated by the community.Additional InformationIf you join Spectrum as a full-time team member, your story will include eligibility for medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and other voluntary insurance options.
