Champion CNM? We're hiring!
Labor artist, baby whisperer, vag advocate? Join our team!
YES: Relocation for the right candidate!
At WHA, our patients are our people. Together we're a team of dedicated certified nurse-midwives, OB/GYN physicians, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, nurse practitioners and counselors honoring who it is that walks through our doors, as they define and know themselves to be. We're here to uplift them, enriching their health and their lives. As the largest private healthcare company in Oregon dedicated to reproductive health, we take care of 50,000+ beautiful people each year across 15 clinic locations and seven regional hospitals. This opportunity is with our Newberg practice.
As a CNM at WHA, you'll have a seamless, parallel partnership with our OB/GYN physicians, a voice at the table as a respected clinician and leader and the full support of our team of specialists-including maternal-fetal medicine, advanced gynecology and perinatal mental health. Our CNMs love working here because the principles we hold dear are reflected in the culture of the whole organization.
It's a special person we're looking for. You're kind, super collaborative, open minded, value-aligned and qualified (more on this below). Maybe most importantly, you are excited to work alongside all members of our team, sharing your compassion with patients who are experiencing extraordinary, vulnerable times-from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and parenting to contraception, gynecology and wellness care across the lifespan. If you're looking to grow with a respected group that offers ownership, physician partnership, leadership opportunities (ask us about this!) and uncompromised excellence in team-based patient care, we'd love to welcome you to our family!
