Generations Home Care is currently seeking quality Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) to join our team in providing home care services to our clients in the Tacoma, Washington area and throughout Pierce County. As a CNA with our company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients by assisting them with their daily activities, providing emotional support, and promoting their overall well-being. This is a variable hour position, with opportunities for part time or full-time work depending on performance, client requests and availability. We are also looking for Home Care Aides (HCA) and caregivers who are uncertified but are willing to complete the state mandated HCA or CNA training. Experience is preferred, but not required. Our clients are located all over Pierce County, South King County, and North Thurston County. We have clients in Tacoma, Puyallup, Bonney Lake, Sumner, Federal Way, University Place, Orting, Lacey, Enumclaw, Graham, Steilacoom, Dupont, Gig Harbor, Lakewood, and all over! Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay rate of $21 to $26, depending on experience and length of shift

Responsibilities: - Provide direct care and assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming for our clients
- Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and other household tasks
- Assist with mobility and transfers (e.g. using Hoyer lifts, transferring from bed to chair, etc.)
- Reminding to take medications as prescribed by the client's physician, following proper procedures and protocols
- Document all client care activities accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members to ensure the best quality of care for our clients
- Use of agency technology for monitoring time and productivity (app based clocking in and out, task tracking, etc.)
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for our clients, following infection control and safety protocols
- Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behaviors at all times while providing care to our clients
Requirements: - Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Washington or the ability to earn one within 200 days of hire
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification or ability to earn certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
