Requirements Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.Assist with mobility and transfer of patients, including the use of mechanical lifting devices.Monitor and report any changes in patients' health status to the nursing staff.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by following infection control policies and procedures.Help patients with exercises and physical therapy activities as directed by healthcare professionals.Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive and caring environment.Assist in maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Qualifications: Valid CNA certification in the state of California.High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
