Certified Nursing Assistant Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Ulster. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents.
Responsibilities: Provide direct care to patients, including bathing, toileting, feeding, and grooming
Follow resident care plans and procedures, and maintain a safe and clean environment
Assist residents with daily tasks and provide personal care
Work collaboratively with the RN or LPN in charge to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements: Current New York State Nurses Aide Certification required
Experience in long term care preferred
Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable
Strong customer service skills and compassion
