COTAs work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to perform treatments and patient/family education to improve the physicality and cognition of their patients and positively impact their ability to function in their daily lives.

*Hourly Pay Rate: $31-$34 Hourly (W-2), $35-$38 Hourly (1099)*
*Occupational Therapist Assistant Job Duties:*
* Collaborate daily with OT Supervisor and follow established Plan of Care for all patients.
* Provide quality therapy services to individuals in a SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
* Monitor and document patient progress with the use of innovative EMR software.

* Current NYS OTA License and Registration
* EMR Competence
* State Required Medical Documentations for work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (Physical, TB Test, MMRV Vaccine Record or Titers, Covid Vaccine Documentation)
* Valid Proof of Identity and Work Authorization
