About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Assist in providing quality patient care in a patient-focused, technically appropriate, and cost-effective manner. Establish and maintain a sterile field, a safe patient care environment, and appropriate supplies/equipment as required for the operative procedure. Function as a cooperative healthcare team member in a critical care environment, treating patients with dignity and respect. Participate in the education and training of other team members, sharing knowledge and expertise in a supportive and educational manner. Contribute to the development of the practice team, participating in unit and hospital committees, and projects. Requirements High school graduate or GED completion of CST program.
