Job Description Expertise needed; Experience managing Change Controls, Deviations as owner Knowledge and Experience managing/ leading New Product Introduction (Product Transfer), Product Lifecycle management or Process Improvement Projects preferred Requirements Education, Education field and years of experience; Doctorate degree OR Master's degree and 2 years of Project Management experience Alternatively, Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Project Management experience or Associate's degree and 10 years of Project Management experience or High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Project Management experience • Bachelor in Science, Biology or Engineering is preferred Requirements o Experience managing Change Controls, Deviations as owner o Knowledge and Experience managing/ leading New Product Introduction (Product Transfer), Product Lifecycle management or Process Improvement Projects preferred
