Duties
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create innovative menus and develop new recipes
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders
- Oversee food production processes to maintain quality standards
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Skills
- Strong culinary skills with experience in kitchen management
- Knowledge of food production techniques and inventory control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in hospitality, banquet, restaurant, or dietary department settings is a plus
- Familiarity with bartending, shift management, and dietary requirements
