The successful candidate will be a strategic and creative non-profit advancement professional with a strong background in donor acquisition and management. This role involves working closely with the Executive Director/CEO to engage individuals, churches, and associations. The Chief Advancement Officer will be responsible for managing a capital campaign, supervising a development team, and leading outreach for potential grants and corporate philanthropic funding. A key aspect of the position is to serve as a guide for missionary and global servant fundraising, and the ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years' fundraising experience, including a proven track record in gifts and campaign fundraising, and experience in a faith-based non-profit environment.
