The ideal candidate will have a significant background in team management, a proven track record in fundraising, and a strong commitment to social, racial, and economic justice.
Candidates for the CDO position at the company should have at least 10 years of successful fundraising experience, with a focus on raising substantial annual amounts and a good understanding of the progressive funding landscape.
