Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years' related work experience. A minimum of 5 years of executive-level management experience in fraternal, non-profit, insurance, management, or business is required, along with demonstrated knowledge of the fraternal benefit system. Expertise in insurance, annuities, and investment management is essential, as is a proven track record in developing profitable strategies and implementing a vision. The ideal candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of corporate governance, executive management practices, and board experience. The CEO will be expected to cultivate and maintain relationships with the board of directors, professional groups, and regulatory bodies, while overseeing programs that align with the organization's mission and bylaws.
