The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing an aggressive acquisition plan, targeting multiple companies to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency within the home services sector. This role requires a leader who can bridge the gap between the founding teams and the private equity firm, with a strong emphasis on ethical business practices and fostering trust through commitment, accountability, and empathetic communication.

Key responsibilities for the CEO include focusing on the acquisition of new groups, utilizing the internal PE firm team for support, and expanding the business through additional acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in home services, the ability to cultivate relationships with founders, owners, and GMs, and a background in residential HVAC services with a good understanding of margin dynamics.
