The ideal CEO for the company will have a demonstrated personal relationship with the values and beliefs of the organization, including a close personal relationship with the Christian faith. They should have a proven track record in executive leadership, experience in managing relationships with a governance board, and a background in cross-cultural settings, with a preference for those with experience in the American non-profit sector. The role requires a leader with exceptional networking, team-building, and strategic planning skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. A relevant university degree is necessary, and a CFRE designation is an asset.
