The ideal CEO will be a passionate and committed leader with a proven track record, a mix of sales and operations orientation, and a background that aligns with the business model, such as a President, COO, or Division President from a relevant enterprise.

Candidates for the CEO position should have a background in the professional services sector, with a functional role that demonstrates leadership and a strong business acumen. Private equity experience is a requirement, and a background in M&A is a plus. The candidate profile is described as someone with a contagious will to win, capable of honoring the company's history while leading it into the future. A long tenure of 20-35+ years in a progressive and successful career is also expected. The role is ideal for a leader who is ready to make a significant impact, drive the business to scale, and work closely with the PE sponsor to realize the investment thesis and strategic goals.
