The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience, with a proven track record in operational leadership and a solid finance background. Responsibilities for this role include developing and implementing medium- and long-term strategies for business growth, leading operational and financial teams, managing a wide range of stakeholders, and overseeing the company's expansion into a significant revenue enterprise. The successful candidate will also be tasked with building and nurturing a strong business culture, as well as managing a diverse network of legal, accounting, marketing, and other consultants.

The Chief Executive Officer will be a key player in all aspects of the company's operations, from onboarding new business units to leading post-deal integrations. The role requires a visionary leader who can work closely with the executive team and the board to ensure the company's rapid growth and expansion. Experience in managing a large portfolio of global franchise partners, particularly in the food and retail sectors, is essential. The candidate should also have a strong background in M&A, including leading due diligence for acquisitions, and a proven ability to bond teams from different business units to work cohesively towards a common goal.
