The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing the organization's vision of a future where diverse communities coexist in peace and equality, with a firm belief that entrepreneurship is a powerful catalyst for this transformative change. The CEO will be responsible for engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including cross-border fellows, alumni, staff, business advisors, mentors, and donors, as well as being the inspirational leader who can steer the company towards its bold and challenging mission.

This role requires a CEO who is visionary, optimistic, and possesses strong leadership skills, with a preference for those with entrepreneurial business experience. The ideal candidate will be empathic, diplomatic, inclusive, strategic, and entrepreneurial, with the ability to understand and meet the varied needs of the diverse stakeholder community. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and will be expected to be a hands-on leader, capable of turning vision into action.
