The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the financial stability of the organization, overseeing the annual budget, and ensuring that the organization's activities are in line with its mission.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years' of executive-level experience in a related field, a proven track record in leadership, business, financial, and technology acumen, and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.The CEO will also serve as the primary representative and spokesperson, and will be expected to develop and maintain strategic relationships, as well as lead advocacy efforts to support the organization's objectives. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being highly desirable, and a background in healthcare, particularly in a leadership role with an organization of similar scale and complexity, is essential. The role demands a charismatic, authentic, and entrepreneurial leader with a strong knowledge of healthcare-related issues and a proven ability to manage a diverse, high-performing team.
