A key requirement for the role is a deep-seated passion for supporting family-owned businesses, coupled with a minimum of 10 years' of professional services experience, ideally from a top-tier firm with a focus on family-owned businesses, family offices, or in a similar client-facing capacity.

The ideal CEO for the company may also have a background as a client-facing consultant who transitioned into an operational role within a family-owned business. This dual experience is highly valued as it brings a unique perspective to the challenges and opportunities faced by the organization and its clients.
