About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the development of a DAO with a vision to create an autonomous collaborative platform for the top 1% of intelligent individuals, fostering an interdisciplinary innovation ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing long-term strategic planning, operational policies, and incentive mechanisms to optimize internal governance. During the initial build-up phase, which will last three years, the organization will operate in a semi-centralized state before fully launching the DAO. The CEO will also be tasked with attracting top global technology talents and future tech-savvy entrepreneurs to join the organization and coordinating resources to drive the industrialization of technology projects funded by the DAO.

Applicants for the CEO position at the company should hold a degree in a STEM field and have a strong background in technology and innovation. The role requires the ability to effectively establish relationships with technology founders and tech investors, as well as familiarity with the concept of DAO and the ability to establish an ecosystem within an incubator. Preferred qualifications include prior executive-level experience in technology incubators, high-tech company investments, global technology consulting firms, or large-scale technology investment funds. The ideal candidate will also have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional communication and coordination skills, and leadership qualities to fulfill this challenging and dynamic role.
