About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its CNC machining and fabrication business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metals and aerospace manufacturing, with experience in managing multi-site operations and a proven track record of building teams and driving culture change. The role is pivotal in achieving the company's growth objectives, including a target of $50M in revenue, and will involve cross-selling across divisions, building a cohesive team across multiple sites, and ensuring the business is positioned for a successful exit. Experience in private equity, particularly with middle-market companies, and a history of leading a company to a successful exit are highly valued.

The successful CEO will be a leader with the ability to manage cross-functional teams, possess strong commercial acumen, and demonstrate the capacity to implement process improvements and integrate teams. The company is known for its rigorous quality controls and has a robust, well-established customer base. The role is challenging but offers the opportunity to work with a business that is highly integrated and is focused on providing a seamless one-stop solution to its clients. The CEO will be expected to work closely with the private equity firm, which has a proven track record of supporting businesses through transitions without disruptions, and to contribute to the company's growth and planned exit in the next two to three years.
