About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of using information and technology to connect individuals and families with essential health and human services. The CEO will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, ensuring the efficient operation of the statewide information and referral system, and overseeing care coordination services. This role demands a leader who can foster strong relationships with funders, stakeholders, and partners, and who is adept at public policy, advocacy, and financial management.

As the face of the organization, the CEO will engage with local, state, and national legislators, advocating for policies that support the needs of the communities served. The successful candidate will also be tasked with diversifying funding streams, managing transitions, and constructing the infrastructure needed to support the company's growth. A deep understanding of the political landscape in Maryland and experience in fiscal management are essential. The CEO should be a strong communicator, capable of leading marketing and communication efforts to enhance the organization's public image and increase the utilization of its services. A graduate degree or equivalent experience is required, and the candidate should be prepared to work in a remote capacity with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid workplace.
