Ideal candidates for the Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director position at the company will have an RN license, a minimum of 10 years of executive and leadership experience, and a Master's degree in Nursing, or an advanced degree such as a DNP or MBA. The role demands an individual with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, who can build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances.
