About the Role The Company is in need of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee its financial actions and provide strategic guidance to ensure the organization's stability and growth. The CFO will be tasked with leading and mentoring the finance team, setting clear goals, and ensuring the team has the necessary resources and support to meet objectives. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in the healthcare industry, including recent experience in a senior financial position within a health organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and complying with Federal and State regulations, as well as managing internal and external audits. Effective communication, leadership, and the ability to handle facility construction projects are also key requirements.

Candidates for the CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or a related discipline, with a Master's degree strongly preferred. Certification as a public accountant and at least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience are also required. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Critical thinking, the ability to motivate and inspire staff, and a proven track record of fostering a culture of high performance are essential. The CFO will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and must be adept at developing and implementing succession plans for key financial positions.
