The CFO will be a key figure in the organization, playing a pivotal role in maintaining financial health, optimizing operational efficiencies, and ensuring sustainable growth. This includes being the driving force behind the execution of growth goals, deeply embedding in the company's products and customer value propositions, and leading strategic initiatives and investments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling businesses, experience in enterprise sales or platform business, and a history of leading comprehensive finance functions. They should also be adept at team management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and embodying the company's mission.
From a leadership and cultural perspective, the CFO at the company will be expected to be a mentor, known for fostering strong internal relationships, and a champion of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. The role requires a leader who is confident yet humble, with a spirit of continuous learning, and who thrives in a high-growth, dynamic environment. The CFO will be instrumental in the company's goal of tripling its current business and should be experienced in collaborating with Board members in PE-backed businesses. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to advocate for efficiencies, and will have a history of establishing and measuring plans with a long-term vision. They will also be responsible for integration strategies for new acquisitions and should have a strong network of relationships with current and new investors.
