About the Role The Company is in search of a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be a key player in the company's financial future, responsible for leading and coordinating strategic financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and financial analysis. This role involves developing and implementing financial plans and strategies, managing financial forecasting and reporting processes, overseeing fiscal activities, and identifying financial risks and opportunities. The CFO will also be expected to supervise the financial reporting and budgeting team, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.

Qualified candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior financial management role, with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. A strong background in corporate financial law, risk management practices, and proficiency in data analysis and forecasting methods is essential. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and people skills. An analytical mind, comfort with numbers, and a CPA are highly advantageous. A degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field is required, with an MSc/MBA being a plus. The CFO will be expected to stay updated on technological advances and accounting software relevant to financial operations.
