Ohio ENT & Allergy Physicians is the largest, independent ENT and Allergy practice in the state of Ohio with seven offices throughout central Ohio. Our practice provides a wide spectrum of medical services including comprehensive ENT services, Allergy, Audiology, Oral-Pathology, Neuro-Ophthalmology, CT, SLP and an ambulatory surgery center.
Our practice is looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer who will play a key role in the overall strategic management and partnering with the CEO to set and drive Ohio ENT & Allergy Physician's financial and operational goals.
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading and evolving the finance and operations functions while managing the financial health of OENTA. Oversees the annual and long-term planning, accounting, and budgeting of the organization. Leadership of accounting team including Controller, Accounting Director and Accounting Specialist, and oversight of their responsibilities including, but not limited to, general ledger, accounts payable and payroll processing.
Provides financial reporting, budgeting and analysis of medical practice and all related entities, including retail hearing aid business and real estate holding companies. Serves as a member of the executive management team and attends bi-monthly board meetings; provides insight and data critical to decision-making.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Accounting, CPA designation preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a senior or executive leadership role in a
healthcare setting, preferably private practice.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, Sage Intact a Plus.
