We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and be a strategic partner in achieving our mission. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial health, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making. This is a key leadership role, working closely with the CEO to ensure the sustainability and long-term success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with our mission and goals. Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and non-profit accounting regulations. Manage and supervise financial staff, providing coaching and development opportunities. Partner with operations to analyze costs and optimize resource allocation. Prepare and present clear, concise, and insightful financial reports to the CEO and Board of Directors. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions. Stay current on best practices in non-profit accounting and financial management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a Master's degree preferred. CPA Certification Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in a non-profit setting. Proven track record of successful financial management and strategic planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to social responsibility and a passion for working with people with disabilities. Proficiency in accounting software and financial modeling tools.
