The CFOO will be a key leader in the strategic management of the organization, working closely with the CEO to set and drive financial and operational goals. This newly envisioned role is pivotal in leading and evolving the finance and operations functions, managing the financial health of the organization, and overseeing all fiscal matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, including the annual budgeting process, ensuring compliance with financial requirements, and providing thought partnership to senior leaders. On the operational side, the CFOO will design and implement systems that support the organization's growth and impact, and will be a member of the leadership team, contributing to the setting of organizational strategy and mentoring staff.

Applicants for the CFOO position at the company should have at least 15 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in a senior leadership role within the social sector. The role requires outstanding organizational leadership skills, experience in financial management, and the ability to operationalize strategic plans. The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills, with a strong background in developing and coaching talent, and a deep commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
