Applicants must have a proven track record in executive-level growth, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in managing payer, hospital, and provider contracting. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead growth in both fee-for-service and global risk environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare market, solid influencing skills, and a passion for healthcare. Key responsibilities include leading strategy sessions, developing integrated growth strategies, and acting as a thought partner with market leadership to evaluate opportunities.
