The CIO will be a key partner in scaling the business, responsible for developing and implementing client-focused solutions that leverage AI and other technologies to streamline processes and demonstrate a clear return on investment. The ideal candidate for the CIO position at the company will be an experienced executive with a proven track record in managing a technology organization. Professional services experience or a background in a regulated industry is preferred. Strong technical skills and exposure to a range of IT areas, including data center operations, cloud environments, enterprise software applications, and cybersecurity programs, are also desirable. The successful candidate will be a leader with excellent communication skills, capable of applying technology to meet business needs and challenges, and will be instrumental in coordinating risk management functions and integrating IT risk assessments into the organization's broader strategies.
