The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership in global information security, disaster recovery, IT risk management, and compliance programs. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong technical background, including a minimum of 15 years in information security, 5 years as a CISO, and 7-10 years in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or a related discipline, with a Master's degree preferred, and industry-recognized certifications in information security and risk management. Responsibilities include leading the development of security standards, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring security compliance, and fostering a culture of security awareness.
