Candidates for the CISO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in information security and IT roles, with a focus on security principles, practices, and technologies. A BA or BS degree in a technology-related field is required, and a master's degree with additional security certifications is preferred. The role demands a leader with the ability to shape strategy, provide market insights on cybersecurity, and a results-oriented approach to driving execution.
