About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer with a strong background in B2B sales and key account management, particularly within the iGaming industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the structure of the business's sales and marketing team, designing and executing a comprehensive sales framework to meet or exceed revenue targets, and fostering long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. This role requires a goal-oriented strategic thinker who can also act as a key connector between clients and internal teams, and who is adept at contract negotiations and supporting new client preparations. The CMO will be a core contributor to the executive team's decision-making process and must be prepared to be on the frontline, leading and motivating the sales and account team.
Applicants for the Chief Marketing Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the iGaming industry, with at least 3 years in a sales manager, CMO, or key account management role. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential, with additional languages being a plus. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong interpersonal and networking abilities with extensive industry contacts. The ideal candidate will be presentable, willing to travel internationally, and work outside of normal office hours. Advanced presentation and analytical skills are also required, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
