The CMO will be responsible for ensuring that the company's clinical products remain at the forefront of innovation and quality, and will be expected to consistently produce high-quality, evidence-based content. This role requires a visionary leader with a medical degree, active board certification, and a strong background in healthcare technology, clinical research, or digital health innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving clinical strategy and innovation, as well as in-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities for the CMO include developing and implementing a strategic plan for the company's clinical solutions, leading the content vision for products and customer relationships, and serving as a strategic advisor on clinical matters. The role also involves representing the company at industry events and leading a high-performing team of clinicians and staff. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams. A minimum of 10 years' of clinical practice experience, with at least 5 years in progressive leadership roles, is required, and an MBA or advanced degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
