The CMO will be responsible for ensuring that the company's clinical products remain at the forefront of innovation and quality, and will play a key role in the strategic planning and implementation of clinical solutions. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should hold a medical degree (MD or DO) with active board certification, and an MBA or advanced degree in a related field is strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' clinical practice experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology, clinical research, or digital health innovation, and a proven track record of driving clinical strategy and innovation. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality standards is essential, as are exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
