The Chief of Staff reports directly to the President & COO of BridgeBio. The primary objective of this role is to serve as a strategic thought partner to the President & COO, helping to manage and direct strategic decisions and operations for BridgeBio Services. As an extension of the President & COO, this role is inherently flexible, taking a central role in projects that are of top strategic priority for BridgeBio Services. The person will lead strategic initiatives, organize and interpret incoming data, evaluate and review ongoing initiatives, articulate and define strategy. The person in this role will have significant impact on BridgeBio Services and our ability to serve patients.
