The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the business vision and mission, and in executing strategies to achieve key business goals and strategic imperatives. This leadership position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in strategic planning, consulting, transformation, and operational leadership, particularly in the context of care delivery. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for leading critical strategic initiatives, providing guidance to the CEO on key decisions, and ensuring alignment across the organization. Applicants must have a BA/BS degree, with an MBA or equivalent master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience. The role also requires a deep understanding of strategy, operations, reporting, and forecasting, as well as a proven track record of leading enterprise-level strategies and managing complex initiatives.
