The COO will be responsible for creating and executing an enterprise-wide strategy to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services that support the company's mission and strategic objectives. This role requires a senior executive with a proven track record in cross-functional delivery of operational services, establishing service level agreements, and positioning the company for long-term success through effective people, policies, practices, and programs. The successful candidate will lead organizational transformation efforts, integrate and optimize internal operations, and ensure that enterprise services meet the needs of the technical and customer-facing components of the corporation.

Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree, and at least 10 years' experience in a senior leadership role with enterprise-level services and financial accountability. The role demands a leader with executive communication skills, the ability to lead large-scale organizational change, and experience in a high-security, technical environment. The COO will be expected to lead the enterprise services council, provide oversight of service level objectives, and manage special enterprise-wide projects. A strong background in digital transformation, change management, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a history of developing high-performing, diverse, and change-resilient teams, and a proven ability to build trust and engage with impact.
