Key responsibilities also include talent management, compliance, quality assurance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior operational leadership role within the healthcare, veterinary, or specialty veterinary care sectors. A strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices is essential.
