Key responsibilities for the CPO include spearheading global total rewards strategies, evolving recruitment and retention practices, and driving effective performance and succession planning. The successful candidate will be an ambassador of the company's core values, a trusted advisor to the executive team, and will be expected to translate business decisions into clear, values-aligned communications. Experience in organizational design, talent management, and performance management is essential, as is a deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance standards. The role also involves establishing policy frameworks to support a diverse, multi-state, and international workforce. A strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver innovative and effective people programs are paramount.
