Applicants for the Chief Programs Officer role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a graduate or professional degree, and at least eight years of senior-level experience in program management, particularly in areas such as ecosystem restoration, conservation, environmental education, and outdoor recreation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, staff management, and program development within a complex, multi-goal organization.
