About the Role The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong background in robotics, AI, and automation to lead the development and execution of its technical vision and strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the technical roadmap with business objectives, driving innovation in the fields of robotics, autonomous systems, and AI, and ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of the industry. This role demands a deep understanding of robotics, automotive systems, and emerging technologies, as well as the ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing engineering and R&D teams. The CTO will also be tasked with overseeing the full lifecycle of product development, from concept to deployment, and must have a proven track record in technical leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.
Applicants for the CTO position at the company should hold a Master's or PhD in a relevant field such as robotics, computer science, or electrical engineering, and have at least 10 years' experience in senior technical leadership roles within the robotics, automotive, or automation technology sectors. Key qualifications include extensive technical expertise in robotics, AI/ML, and autonomous systems, a strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also have a background in autonomous vehicle technologies or advanced manufacturing robotics, and a strong network within the automotive and robotics industries.
