About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's strategic evolution. The CTO will be a key partner to the CEO, with a focus on driving and overseeing significant business transformations to enhance operational efficiencies. This senior leadership position demands a professional with a strong project management background, a keen sense of value, and a proven track record of successful execution.
The CTO will work closely with the executive team to identify and implement process improvements, and will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

The ideal candidate for the CTO role at the company will have a background that includes 3-5 years' of post-MBA experience with a top strategy consulting firm, followed by a series of leadership roles in transformation within private equity-backed companies. The successful CTO will be responsible for acting as a thought partner across the business, leading and managing change initiatives, and ensuring that the company's growth and transformation objectives are met.
