About This Role Compass Health Center is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team in Oak Brook, IL. We are seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist who is passionate about addressing the current nationwide behavioral health crisis, while leading interdisciplinary treatment teams within an organization that is redefining the standard of comprehensive PHP/IOP care. You will play a pivotal role in a growing, mission-driven environment that accommodates psychiatrist autonomy to create innovative and individualized treatments for each patient.

What You'll Do Providing daily care for patients in our PHP/IOP programs ages 5-18Conducting psychiatric evaluations for Compass patients, establishing diagnoses, prescribing medication, and providing therapyLeading experienced, multi-disciplinary clinical teams and making overall recommendations on treatment plansCollaborating with family therapists, individual therapists, nurses, and psychiatristsAverage 10-12 patient visits per day Who You Are BE or BC in IllinoisLicensed or ability to obtain Illinois Board of Medical Practice LicensureAbility to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of IllinoisSkilled in the evaluation and treatment of mental illnessExcellent communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment We know job descriptions can be intimidating, so if this sounds like an opportunity for you, please don't hesitate to apply!
